 This is the disconnection of a property that may be a flat or dwelling that once formed part of a larger dwelling that has since been converted into multiple dwellings. To disconnect the property we may need to unloop the service, which is not included in the fixed base price. This type of disconnection has a minimum cost of £218 in England and £207 in Scotland.

LV Service Cable Disconnection at the Mains, in Made Ground

 This is the disconnection of a house, whether detached, semi-detached, etc. where the point of connection between the your service and our network (i.e. where we will be performing the disconnection) is located beneath made ground (pavement, driveway, etc.). This point will be somewhere between your property and the road, so if there's a pavement, it's likely to be there. This type of disconnection has a minimum cost of £1,177 in England and £878 in Scotland.

LV Service Overhead Line (OHL) Disconnection

 This is the disconnection of a property connected to our network via an overhead service where a disconnection can be made without affecting any surrounding properties. This type of disconnection has a minimum cost of £354 in England and £340 in Scotland

LV Service Cable Disconnection at the Mains, No Civils Works

 This is the disconnection of a house, whether detached, semi-detached, etc. where all excavations and reinstatement works are completed by you. This type of disconnection has a minimum cost of £235 in England and £216 in Scotland.

LV Service Cable Disconnection at the Mains, in Unmade Ground

 This is the disconnection of a house, whether detached, semi-detached, etc. where the point of connection between the your service and our network (i.e. where we will be performing the disconnection) is located beneath unmade ground (e.g. grass). This point will be somewhere between your property and the road. This type of disconnection has a minimum cost of £770 in England and £496 in Scotland.
